1. Moto G5S Plus (Rs 14,999)
Another new phone, the Moto G5S Plus continues the company’s strong performance in the sub-Rs. 15,000 price band. It’s rated well overall in our review, though the camera is a little disappointing in our opinion. Despite that, it’s still one of the best phones under Rs. 15,000. Moto launched the Moto G5s plus, the successor of the Moto G5 that was launched earlier in 2017. It is powered by the same Snapdragon 430 SoC, but with a slightly larger 5.2-inch 1080p screen, 4GB RAM and a better, 64GB internal memory 128GB, 13+13MP dual back camera (f/2.0, dual LED flash) and 8MP front-facing camera with flash. It has a metal unibody design, fingerprint sensor on the front and a 3000mAh battery with support for Turbocharging. The Moto G5S Plus comes in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold colors, is priced at Rs. 14,999 and is now available exclusively on Amazon.in.
2. Xiaomi Mi A1 (Rs 14,999)
One of the best and fastest Android phone in the market and on our list. This phone is a significant improvement over the Mi’s existing camera phones as it is loaded with perfect dual cameras. Also, the battery life is more than satisfactory. The phone has a striking full-HD 5.5-inch HD display, a 64 bit 2GHz Octa-Core processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB total internal storage, along with a 3080mAh battery. There’s a 5.0-megapixel secondary camera, and 12.0MP dual cameras on the back and the following specifications and processor makes it an amazing choice in this Rs 15,000 segment.
3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Rs 13,000)
An older offering, but still Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 remains a good choice even today at a very budget-friendly price, beating out a number of phones that are more expensive in this price range, as our review shows. In terms of specs, it shares a lot with the Mi A1, with a 5.5-inch full-HD display, a 2GHz octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, and 64 GB storage. It has also got a 5-megapixel front camera, but there is a single 13-megapixel rear camera, and a bigger 4100mAh battery.
4. Nokia 6 (Rs 14,999)
I’ll call this well played by Nokia. This smartphone has exactly the same built quality just like Nokia’s Previous outings. In terms of the specifications, this smartphone has a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 and runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat). It supports Dual speakers, Dual smart amplifiers (TFA9891), Dolby Atmos and powered by a 3000mAh battery. The Nokia 6 comes in Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper colors.
5. Lenovo K8 Note (Rs 13,999)
The Lenovo K8 Note comes with a unibody metal design, has a fingerprint sensor on the back, comes with Lenovo’s usual Theatermax tech and Dolby Atmos. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen and is powered by Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X23 SoC, making it the first smartphone with the processor and runs on stock Android 7.1.1 (Nougat). It has a dedicated hardware Music key to play or pause music that can also be customized to launch any other app. At last, it is powered by a 4000mAh battery with support for Turbo Charging and comes with 15W fast charger. 6. Honor 8 Lite (Rs 13,999)
Huawei’s slightly another version of Honor8. Can be considered as an improvement over Honor8 because of the ravishing model and powerful core. It packs a 5.2-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered Kirin 655 processor with the i5 coprocessor, runs Android 7.0 (Nougat) with EMUI 5.0, has a 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a fingerprint sensor on the glass back, brushed metal finish on the sides and has a 7.6mm slim body.
7. 10.or G (Rs 13,999)
This is a new phone in an indian market by the company and they decided to follow their debut with this magnificent phone. The first one was 10.or G, a budget smartphone. Soon after, the company has launched 10.or G with 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass screen, Octa-Core Snapdragon 626 Mobile Platform, Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) that will be upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo), Dual 13-megapixel rear (RGB + Monochrome) camera and a 16MP front-facing camera with an LED flash. It has a metal design, comes with a fingerprint on the back and packs a 4000mAh battery. 8. Coolpad Cool Play 6 (Rs 14,999)
An extremely powerful phone that comes with a sleek metal body measuring 8.4mm in thickness. It has dual SIM slots, the fingerprint sensor on the back and it packs a 4000mAh battery. In terms of specifications, it has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 653 with 6GB RAM and runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat). The company has promised to offer Android 8.0 update by December 2017. It has dual 13-megapixel rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
9. Honor 6X (Rs 13,999)
One of the best budget camera smart phone comes with the clever software ‘Bokeh’ making it good for taking portrait shots of people or still objects alike. The performance is a little weaker compared to its competitors but it still better than a majority of budget phones out there. Comes with a Ram & Storage of 3 gb and 32 MB. For those who want to buy a brand with name can still buy Samsung which is giving competition with its affordable and neat looks at a reasonable cost. It’s got a 5.5-inch full-HD superb display and packs a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 16GB storage, with an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 13-megapixel camera on the back, and a 3300mAh battery.
